Remember these 5 rules to follow when shopping and you will do great!

1.Find the USDA Organic label.

2.Turn package over and read nutritional label and check for 0 g added sugar.

3.Read ingredient list and make sure no grain, dairy, sugar or fruit.

4. Wild caught fish needs to have no added ingredients besides water or salt.

5. Local grass fed meat needs to be verified by you to make sure that farm doesn’t use antibiotics, growth hormones or toxic sprays on their property and no grain finish. All prepackaged meat must be labeled organic.

  • Organic Spices (Buy Bulk Organic Spices on Amazon) –Garlic Salt & Black Pepper are two good ones to start with. Any salt EXCEPT iodized salt.
  • ALL Organic Oils- (I Use Great Value Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Great Value Organic NATURALLY REFINED COCONUT OIL for my high heat cooking, and Spectrum Organic Palm Oil Vegetable Shortening is my butter substitute.)
  • Organic Vinegar (For Salads)-“No Added Sugar”
  • Organic Coconut Flour (Biscuits, Breadcrumbs)
  • Organic Cassava Root Flour and Crackers
  • All Organic Seeds and Anything Made From Seeds. No Sugar Added.
  • Organic Beans (ALL) and Organic Bean Pastas
  • Organic Nuts (ALL) and Organic Butters and Cheeses and Made From Nuts.
  • Organic Buckwheat Flour
  • Organic Avocados
  • Organic Lemon and Lime
  • All Organic Squash and Pumpkins
  • All Organic Produce is Fine- (Avoid Corn & Fruity Fruits such as apples, citrus, berries, bananas, plantains, mango, melons-these have too high of a sugar content)-“Salad Fruits” such as tomatoes, cucumbers, avocado, and squash-the ones we call veggies, but by definition they are fruits because they have seeds, are fine. Their sugar content is much lower.)
  • Organic NUT Butters- (No sugar added-Almond Butter, Peanut Butter)
  • Organic Condiments- (No sugar added-You can save a lot of money by making your own. Find a recipe and use organic ingredients and leave out sugar.)
  • Anything Organic Bean- (Pastas, Dips, Flour, etc.)
  • Organic Chicken
  • Organic Turkey- (They have ground turkey that you can season with sage and other spices to make as a breakfast sausage,)
  • Organic Bacon- (No Sugar Added)
  • Organic Chicken Sausage- (No Sugar Added)
  • Organic Beef **OR** 100% Grass Fed Local Meat such as Beef, Lamb, (Make sure the farm does NOT spray, use antibiotics, or growth hormones before you buy it)
  • Organic Eggs
  • Organic Apple Cider Vinegar with The Mother
  • Water-Well water or Bottled Spring Water–City water and bottled water that isn’t labeled Spring Water have chemicals added that we need to avoid so that our body can heal.
  • Organic Tea Bags- (Flavored is fine as long as there is no sugar content!)
  • Organic Coffee
  • Organic Vegetable Juice (EASY to make)
  • Perrier Water Unflavored
  • Well or Spring Water Bottled at The Source ONLY

After we bought our new foods, we did the parasite cleanse. It was during the first couple weeks in our 90 Day Challenge. Below you will find the Supplements needed for the challenge and I recommend continuing to take the oil of oregano and pre-probiotics indefinitely for gut health and immune support. We followed the parasite cleanse with the Saltwater Flush discussed below. you only do the saltwater flush once. the morning after you complete the parasite cleanse. Drink Your Green Juice Daily

HERE IS THE GREEN JUICE RECIPE

Drink your green juice every day. A qt a day would be best. Here’s the instructions. This hydrates and delivers nutrients on the cellular level!

Take a handful of kale, spinach, celery, cucumber, ginger, turmeric, and carrot. The veggies should FILL the blender. Add some onion if you are sick. Put this into a blender and cover with water. Blend for 1-2 min. And pour through a sieve. Fill blender with water again and pour that through the veggie mush. Stir mush with a whisk to help drain the fluid out. Squeeze some lemon or lime in it too! You should get a half gallon of juice from this. If you are adding coconut water, please check the sugar content. Don’t exceed 7-8 g sugar per serving. Adjust serving size accordingly.
